日曜日のフューズはすごかった！! Sunday FUSE was awesome!!
違う文化のみんなが集まって１つの唯一の神様を一緒にワーシップするのを見てとっても感動した。神様は強いコミュニティをつくって、そこからリーダー達を立ち上げてくれてる！
It was so exciting to see people from different cultures worshiping the same God, the one and only God, together!! God is building a strong community and out of it He is rising up leaders!
マークが神様はみんながリーダーシップを自信を持って取れるように呼びかけているって話しをしてくれた。
Mark spoke about God calling every person to lead and to take charge of that calling with confidence!!!!
神様は私達個人をリーダーにしたいと深く望んでる！イエス様が私達のまわりの人をリードしていくのを手伝うのは光栄！
God deeply desires every individual to rise up as a leader! What an honor it is to help Jesus lead others around us!!
神様は私達がリードしていける能力を信じてくれてる。でも私達の敵は泥棒みたいにそれを盗んで駄目にする。
God believes in our ability to lead, but the enemy, like a thief, seeks to steal and destroy it.
私達の敵は”先延ばし”したりすることで、私達がリードしていく能力を駄目にしてしまう。だから、率先して自発的にリーダーとして一歩踏み出して働くことを選択していこう！！神様が私達に与えてるギフトや能力を奪われてしまわないように、敵にすきを与えないようにしよう！！
The enemy uses procrastination to destroy our ability to lead. Take initiative and be proactive by choosing to work hard in stepping forth as a leader!! Let’s not allow him to destroy the gifts and abilities God has given us to lead!!
リーダーになることはポジションを得ることじゃない、でもリーダーになることは態度とライフスタイルにある。神様は私達にリーダーとして生きて欲しいと思ってる、なぜなら、神様がイエスを通して私達にその資格を与えたから！！！私達が自信を持って進んで責任を負っていくときに、神様が私達もまだ知らない自分の本質と才能を引き出すチャンスになる！！凄いエキサイティングじゃない？！
Being a leader does not mean having a position, but being a leader is an attitude and a lifestyle. God wants us to live our lives as leaders because He has qualified us to lead through JESUS!!!! When we take charge and step up as a leader with confidence, we give God a chance to draw out qualities or talents we never knew we had!! How exciting is that?!
私はフューズで神様の置いたステキなリーダー達に出会いはじめたよ、そして神様がもっと沢山の男子と女子のリーダーを立ち上げてくれるのを超楽しみにしてる！！
I am beginning to see the amazing leaders God has placed in FUSE taking charge and I cannot wait to see more and more men and women of God rising up as leaders!!

神様は私達を創造して救ってくれたのはリーダーとして立ち上げるため！！だから自分の責任を負って自信をもってリードしていこう！！！！！
God created us and saved us so we could rise up as leaders!! So let’s take charge of our responsibility and lead with confidence in Christ!!!!!
